Without a contested by counsel to the plaintiff Abibo, Justice Babs Kuewumi fixed December 7 for hearing. Meanwhile, there was a mild drama at the court on Wednesday when a group of women reportedly rented by Patience Jonathan took over the premises to protest against EFCC’s treatment of the ex-first lady. The women arrived early and waited for the court proceedings to start.
