Woman saves and adopts malnourished boy 'starved for 7 years' at an orphanage in Bulgaria (photos)

Ryan Morse (pictured) was left weighing 8lbs after being starved for seven years and covered in hair as a result of malnutrition.

Born and found close to death at an orphanage in Bulgaria, his life changed for the better when in 2015 a woman named Priscilla Morse, who was adopted as a child, saw a picture of him on Facebook and knew that she had to save him.

By October 2015, she was able to take Ryan home to Nashville Tennessee, USA, and in 13 months he has made significant improvements, gaining 15lbs in weight. This was however because they took immediate action immediately they arrived back. Priscilla said:

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has issued a statement to dissociate itself from the rumours making rounds that the Corps has distributed arms to its Officers and Men, and calls on Nigerians to disregard such claims as there is no basis of truth in it.

Male prostitute cuts off the penis of his 68-year-old male client in New York, abandons him to die

Police have arrested a homeless man, Jerry Pagan, 32, after he allegedly cut off the penis of a 68-year-old man, who was later found dead in a New York City bathroom.

Authorities suspect Pagan, who is a male prostitute, previously had sex with the victim but severed the penis during a dispute concerning an unpaid debt.

He reportedly admitted to the crime, stating that he used scissors for the mutilation and wished to 'eat the penis'. Emergency medical workers pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Pagan has since been charged with second-degree murder.
